of 31 May 1994
amending and supplementing Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Price Field, and amending Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (2), including footnote 1, reads as follows:
"(2) The price is the amount of money agreed upon when buying and selling goods or created for the valuation of goods, other assets and property rights for other purposes (1) The provisions of § 2 to 10 of the Act apply to price negotiations. For valuation for other purposes, the price shall be created in particular by a cost, yield or comparison method according to specific rules.
1) Act No. 328 / 1991 Coll., on bankruptcy and settlement, as amended. Act No. 338 / 1992 Coll., on Real Estate Tax, as amended. Act ČNR No 357 / 1992 Coll., on inheritance, donation and property transfer tax, as amended. '
2. Paragraph 20 is deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
