amending Act No. 61 / 1996 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and amending and supplementing related laws, as amended by Act No. 15 / 1998 Coll., and certain other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Act on the organisation and implementation of social security
Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., on the organisation and implementation of social security, as amended by Act No. 590 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 37 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 241 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 306 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 93 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 135 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 133 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 60 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll.
In Paragraph 14 (3), at the end of point (g), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (h) is added, including footnote 50a:
"(h) the relevant organisational component of the Ministry of Finance.50a) at its request, a list of social security payers and contributions to the state employment policy, and an indication of the amount of income and expenditure of individual self-employed persons, which the self-employed person has provided in an overview under a special law; 48) for small organisations, the number of employees.

Amendment to the Freedom of Information Act
In Article 11 (4) of Act No. 106 / 1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information, at the end of point (d), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (e) is added, including footnote 12a:
"(e) the activities of the relevant branch of the Ministry of Finance according to specific legislation. 12a)
12a) Act No. 61 / 1996 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and amending and supplementing related laws, as amended. '
EFFECTIVE
That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
