amending Decree No. 102 / 1996 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., on the method of calculating the costs of the professional forestry operator's activities in cases where its activities are covered by the State
According to § 37 (8) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and on the amendment and amendment of certain laws (Forest Act), the Ministry of Agriculture provides:
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 102 / 1996 Coll., on the method of calculating the cost of the professional forestry operator's activities in cases where its activities are covered by the State, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), "the rate of 50 CZK 'is replaced by" the rate of 54 CZK' and "the rate of 40 CZK 'is replaced by" the rate of 43 CZK'.
2. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "70 CZK per ha of total forest area 'are replaced by the words" 75 CZK per ha of total forest land area'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1997.
