THE LAW
of 16 January 2008
amending Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People's Health, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 18b of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people, as amended by Act No. 548 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 290 / 2002 Coll., the following sentence is inserted after the second sentence: "The aircraft intended for the performance of the air rescue service is contracted to be operated by the State through the Ministry of Health."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
