on the introduction of the Classification of Construction Works of the CZ- CC
The Czech Statistical Office, pursuant to § 19 (2) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended, communicates with effect from 1 January 2004 the introduction of the Classification of Construction Works of the CZ- CC (hereinafter referred to as the "CZ- CC Classification ').
The CZ- CC content classification is based on the International Classification of Construction Works (CCC) standard issued by Eurostat in October 1997. The abbreviation CZ in the classification title expresses the national version of the international standard.
The subject of the CZ- CC classification is the classification of all local and spatial building works. The CZ- CC classification will replace the existing Classification of Construction Works - KSD (section 46), which was issued by the Czech Statistical Office's 1993 measures, published in the amount 69 / 1993 Coll. as an annex to the Standard Classification of Production. The measure by which KSD was issued in accordance with Act No. 309 / 1999 Coll., on the Collection of Laws and on the Collection of International Contracts, expires on 31 December 2003.
The CZ- CC classification includes five parts: normative, methodological, systematic, explanatory notes and converters.
The CZ- CC classification is mandatory for statistical surveys carried out pursuant to Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the State Statistical Service, as amended, and in cases where specific legislation so provides.
