amending Act No 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. Paragraph 185 (9) reads as follows:
"(9) The examination referred to in § 78 (1) (c) to (e) shall be carried out by the pupil for the first time in the calendar year 2013 if he is to properly complete the secondary education by the graduate examination in the school year 2012 / 2013, or if he is to complete the secondary education by the school year 2011 / 2012 for the first time in the calendar year 2013. ';
2. Paragraph 185 (26) reads:
"(26) A pupil who is due to complete secondary education through a graduate examination in the school year 2011 / 2012 may take place instead of a foreign language examination under § 78 (1) (b) of the mathematics examination under § 78 (1) (c)."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
