DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 486 / 2008 Coll., laying down professional activities related to the provision and proper distribution of Czech technical standards and the payment for their provision
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Article 5 (6) of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 481 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 486 / 2008 Coll., laying down professional activities related to the provision and proper distribution of Czech technical standards and the payment for their provision, is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex to point B. a., the words "one password valid for one year 'are replaced by the words" one access valid for 6 months'.
2. In Annex B, point (c) is replaced by the following:

Transitional provision
Access rights to Czech technical standards purchased before the entry into force of this decree remain valid for the period for which they were purchased and to the extent that they were purchased.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
