amending Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll roads and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to Article 46 (2) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 489 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 256 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 259 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 358 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 288 / 2011 Coll.
Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., on the use of toll roads and amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended, as amended, Decree No. 323 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 14 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 483 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 333 / 2010 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The first part of the coupon, which is placed in the vehicle, shall be shaped as a square with rounded corners and, for a coupon valid for one year, the left upper corner of the front and the right upper corner of the back of the printing area shall be arched; the distance of opposite sides is 61 mm. ';
2. in Article 4 (1) (c) and (3) (c), the words "including enlarged contours of the same letters" shall be deleted;
3. Paragraph 4 (1) (j) reads as follows:
"(j) an optically variable holographic film with a repetitive motif of a passenger vehicle, a outline of the map of the Republic and a figure of 2012 which partially overlaps the optically variable colour on the front of the coupon; a letter R, M or D indicating the duration of the coupon is stamped in the motif; ';
4. In Article 4 (3) (d), the words "ALTERNATIVE AND FISHING STRENGTH 'are replaced by the words" ALERT AND STRENGTH'.
5. in Article 4 (3) (i):
"(i) an optically variable holographic film with a repetitive motif of a passenger vehicle, the outline of the map of the Republic and the figure 2012, which partially overlaps the optically variable colour on the front, ';
6. Paragraph 4 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) They are used as basic background colours for coupons valid for:
one year of green and grey,
one month of blue and grey,
10 days pink and grey. '
7. Paragraph 5 (1) to (5) reads as follows:
"(1) The vehicle pictogram symbolizing the vehicle's mass category is located on the front of the left centre part of the coupon. On the back, the pictogram is located at the right centre of the coupon. The pictogram is 3 mm high and 8,5 mm wide.
(2) The inscription indicating the maximum permissible mass of the vehicle is 2 mm high and is located in the lower right of the front and in the centre left of the rear of the coupon.
(3) The number indicating the year of validity shall be placed on the front of the coupon in the upper right-hand half above the registration plate and on the rear-hand side in the upper left-hand half of the coupon. The digits are 11 mm high.
(4) The letter indicating the term of validity shall be placed on the front of the coupon at the lower right and on the back of the coupon at the lower left. The letters R and D are 17 mm high and the letter M is 20 mm high. The structure of all letters is located in the middle of both sides of the coupon and is rotated by 45 °.
(5) The symbols of the road signs "motorway" and "road for motor vehicles" are placed on the front of the coupon at the upper left and the rear of the upper right. Both symbols are 5.5 mm high and 4.5 mm wide. '
8. Paragraph 5 (7) and (8) read:
"(7) The box for registration of the registration mark shall be placed at the top of the coupon on the front side. The frame is 5.5 mm high and 42 mm long. The letters RZ are 2 mm high and are located to the left of the frame.
(8) The two-letter series and the six-digit serial number shall be 3 mm high and shall be located on the front of the coupon in the right-hand section above the letter indicating the period of validity. The series shall be placed to the left of a six-digit serial number showing red fluorescence in UV radiation. ';
9. Paragraph 6 (2) to (6) reads as follows:
"(2) The vehicle pictogram symbolizing the relevant vehicle mass category shall be placed to the right of the symbols of the transport signs. The pictogram is 3 mm high and 8,5 mm wide.
(3) The inscription indicating the maximum permissible mass of the vehicle is 2 mm high and is placed on the upper left side of the coupon above the symbols of the road signs.
(4) The number indicating the year of validity shall be placed on the lower right of the coupon and the digits shall be 5 mm high.
(5) The letter indicating the period of validity shall be placed on the lower part of the coupon to the left of the figure 2012. The letters R and D are 14 mm high and the letter M is 17 mm high. The structure of all letters is located in the upper middle of the coupon and rotated by 45 °.
(6) The symbols of the road signs "motorways" and "motorways for motor vehicles" are placed in the upper left-hand section below the indication of the maximum permissible vehicle mass. Both symbols are 5.5 mm high and 4.5 mm wide. '
10. in Article 6 (10), the words "ALTERNATIVE AND FISHING STRENGTH" shall be replaced by the words "ALTERNATIVE AND STRENGTH STRENGTH";
11. In Section 22, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added, including footnote 6:
"(2) The procedure laid down in paragraph 1 shall not apply to vehicles of categories M2 and M36).
6) Annex 18 to Decree No 341 / 2002 Coll., on the approval of technical competence and on technical conditions for the operation of road vehicles, as amended. '

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2011, with the exception of Article I, points 13 to 15, which shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
