THE LAW
of 7 December 2015
amending Act No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in matters of State ownership transfers to other legal or natural persons, as amended, and certain other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Act on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of State ownership transfers to other legal or natural persons
In Article 15 (2) of Act No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of State ownership transfers to other legal or natural persons, as amended by Act No. 438 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 282 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 170 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 155 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 218 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 161 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 164 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 269 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 21 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 246 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 473 / 2001 Coll., and Act No. 282 / 2003 Coll., p., at the end of paragraph (x) shall be replaced by the following:
"(y) in accordance with the Government's decision to transfer to the State budget where the budgeted income of pension insurance premiums, including pension contributions and fines, is lower than the budgeted expenditure on pension insurance benefits, including expenditure relating to the collection of pension insurance premiums and the payment of pension insurance benefits; the budgeted amount shall be transferred up to the expected actual difference in accordance with the part of the sentence before the semicolon. ';
Amendment of the budgetary rules law
In Article 36 (3) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on Budgetary Rules and on the Amendment of Certain Related Laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 361 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 370 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 25 / 2015 Coll., the words "together with 7,2% of the value added tax revenue attributable to the State Budget 'are deleted.
Amendment to the Act repealing the National Property Fund
In Article 5 (3) (c) (5) of Act No. 178 / 2005 Coll., on the abolition of the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic and on the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance in the privatisation of the assets of the Czech Republic (Act on the abolition of the National Property Fund), as amended by Act No. 15 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 503 / 2012 Coll., the words "maximum 'shall be inserted after the words" maximum'.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
