Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to Act No. 218 / 2002 Coll., on the service of civil servants in administrative offices and on the remuneration of such employees and other servants in administrative offices (Staff Act), as amended
Act No. 218 / 2002 Coll., on the service of civil servants in administrative offices and on the remuneration of such employees and other employees in administrative offices (Staff Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 426 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 436 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 586 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 305 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 531 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll.
1. In Articles 235 (1) and 254, "2009 'is replaced by" 2012'.
2. In Articles 235 (1) and 238 (5), "2011 'is replaced by" 2014'.
3. In Section 250, "2012 'is replaced by" 2015'.
Amendment to Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment of the laws related to the adoption of the Act on the Service of Civil Servants in Administrative Offices and on the remuneration of such employees and other servants in Administrative Offices (Staff Act), as amended
In Article LV of Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment of the laws relating to the adoption of the Act on the Service of Civil Servants in Administrative Offices and on the Remuneration of These Employees and Other Servants in Administrative Offices (Service Act), as amended by Act No. 281 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 531 / 2006 Coll., "2009 'is replaced by" 2012'.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
