establishing a list of municipal offices and a list of representative offices issuing certified outputs from public administration information systems
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (j) and in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to § 12 (2) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll.:
The list of municipal offices and offices of urban areas or urban districts of territorial subdivided statutory cities which issue certified outputs from public administration information systems is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
The list of representative offices issuing certified outputs from public administration information systems is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Decree No. 260 / 2007 Coll., amending Decree No. 550 / 2006 Coll., establishing a list of other municipal authorities issuing certified outputs from public administration information systems, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2008.
