THE LAW
of 29 November 2001
amending Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the granting of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the provision of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (b), "(b) to (g) 'is replaced by" (b) to (i)';
2. In Article 4 (f), the word "or 'is deleted.
3. In Paragraph 4 (g), the word "forest 'is replaced by" permanent'.
4. in Section 4, the following points (h) and (i) are added:
"(h) enclosed objects; or
(i) movable goods in closed buildings. ';
5. in Article 6 (2) (a), the words "between 1 April and 15 July of the calendar year" shall be deleted;
6. In Article 6, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) Compensation for damage to closed premises may be granted even if the damage was not caused by a directly selected, specially protected animal, but was caused by defined domesticated animals as a result of an attack by a specially protected animal. '
7. In Article 7 (3), the words "or forest areas' are replaced by the words" permanent crops, closed buildings or movable objects in closed buildings'.
8. In Article 8 (3) (d), the words "or forest areas' are replaced by the words" permanent crops, closed buildings or movable objects in closed buildings'.
9. In point 2 (f) of the Annex:
"(f) proof of property or other right to a movable or immovable property in respect of which damage has been caused if damage is caused to non-harvested field crops, permanent crops, enclosed objects or movable objects in closed buildings;"
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
