GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 December 2004
amending Government Regulation 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (4) of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended by Government Decree No. 320 / 1997 Coll., Government Decree No. 317 / 1998 Coll., Government Decree No. 131 / 1999 Coll., Government Decree No. 313 / 1999 Coll., Government Decree No. 162 / 2000 Coll., Government Decree No. 429 / 2000 Coll., Government Decree No. 436 / 2001 Coll., Government Decree No. 559 / 2002 Coll. and Government Decree No. 463 / 2003 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in § 2 (1) (a), the amount "CZK 39.60" is replaced by "CZK 42.50";
2. in § 2 (1) (b), "6 700 CZK" is replaced by "7 185 CZK."
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2005.
